I have checked in for my flight and ever since I cannot view the itinerary. I get a pop up saying "we are unable to view the Itinerary".

Is this normal??

EDIT:
If I search by email and not reservation number it shows up which is strange

  • You have checked in you say?

Most important of course before you get to the airport is that you have not only checked-in online but should have printed your boarding card - remember you must print it at least 4 hours before the flight time and take it with you to the airport or it will cost you dear.

As for the strange thing you have seen, I wouldn't worry about it. I think most people print their boarding card as soon as they check in and because the itinerary is on the boarding cards I don't think many people attempt to view the itinerary again until they check in for the return flight (if they haven't done so already when they checked in for the outbound). So you may be one of only a few who have noticed some transitory or transient quirk in the website that's all.

    Have a good flight :)
