Nice to know that parish councils are operating under such transparency. I remember when if you led any sort of course you had to have a modicum of knowledge about the subject. Obviously not the case with your lot. For a money-saving site this has to be the biggest waste of money I've ever heard!0 -

Actually, this sounds exactly how I thought the 'Big Society' would pan out.
Tod has to be taken with a pinch of salt, he's a pipe smoking, clairvoyant, lifeboat volunteer (on the Bristol Channel no less) who takes thousands of photographs at airshows and believes in enforced sterilisation for people on benefits.
