Things have changed a bit on the budget front, mortgage/water/council tax all up, so I'll update that in a sec.

So we've had to increase the 'basic' wage of my dad which means less to save for any overpayments, but needs must.

The 'extra' that I have been saving has been paying off the overdrafts and dad's tax from last year, so there's no lump yet.
But I have five months so it can be done

I've updated the debts and yes, they've ALL gone up (bar the Egg loan). Only by £60 approx overall, but still it should be going down :(
We are still fighting Egg to return the interest and charges on the credit card. Fighting HSBC for bank charges (they have until Friday and then it will be thrown out for Dad's account, just waiting for that to happen before sending the next letter for Joint). BUT all interest is now frozen so should all be okay from now on...

Got the £149 from NatWest :D All withdrawn and gone into the matched betting pot but it's not really the "extra" we'd hoped as we need the fridge

hey gemmzie how's it going now??

ours has pretty much settled down a part from the fact everyone other than A+L are charging us interest again so we're not really making a dent in our debt :\

Hey doodah, I was wondering how you were getting on at the weekend actually, great minds.

Not going too badly, all credit cards and loans have frozen interest now finally - but it took so long that some have them have gone up £100s because of charges though :( It should make it easier when I offer F+F's though (hopefully).

We got back another chunk of bank charges too, £611.56 on Dad's HSBC account which is very helpful as the overdrafts are still 24.9% Just waiting for another £685 from them for the joint account.

So plodding slowly but in the right direction :) Hope A+L stop charging interest soon!

Got the last chunk of overdraft charges back yesterday so I'll update the debts. Have also moved another chunk of the overdrafts to Mum's Egg Money card as the APR is much lower (6.9% instead of 24.9%)

    Onwards and upwards

Mortgage up from May's rise, booo - not a huge amount though

Got £100 back from O2 because father didn't want to change his phone so that goes in the pot

    Will edit budget
