Have you had your first bill? He said the discount should appear on that. HTH
Yeah first bill arrived yesterday with the full amount of £10.21 plus £2.49 postage.
Have spoken to 4 different people now, all have said it's quidcos mistake.
So if quidco don't sort it out,and it's not looking like they will, i can either pay or send the phone back.0 -
I would just ring up and don't take no for an answer, tell them you have spoken to quidco and they have confirmed, it is t-mobile at fault, and if the matter is not resolved you wish to cancel your contract.Money Saving Tip #1. Stay OFF the grabbit thread!

Yeah i did that on the last call, and they were quite happy to let me cancel, but i really like the phone and want to keep it. Totally gutted, this is the first time i've had a contract phone, wish i hadn't bothered now.0 -
I have now made 4 phone calls to t-mobile regarding me being billed £10.21, they keep telling me quidco have not added the £5 discount to their offer and they can't add it. Is anyone else having this problem?
Does anyone have a phone number for quidco, i can't see one on their help section.
i'd keep calling, it's free anyway, 150, just tell them you went through a cashback site which took you their website where it said £5 off for 12 months and you took a screenshot of it.
the woman i spoke to said she couldn't do anything to alter the bill but she would credit my account £5 and the delivery charge of £5.82. but still £6.38 to pay instead of £5.21i guess it's better than the original bill.

i think yo have to phone the customer service so they can turn it off for you.0 -
Is the free internet included or do I need to change the flexible booster, sorry if this has already been posted, I have looked back but can't find it.
500mb is included in the apollo. you can change the flexible booster to unlimited landline, which i chose, or unlimited text? didn't pay attention to the other options. apparently, you can change it every month.0 -

CS are ringing me back tomorrow.
My 1st bill is currently £15.20 - the web sales people had gone home when I rang so I'm getting a call back tomorrow after my first bill has been reduced to £5.21.
Has T-mobile got the bill right 1st time for anyone?Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Mine was showing the full amount so I called last night, the chap I spoke to said the web sales team had finished for the day so he called me back this afternoon. He confirmed that the discount wasn't showing and said his manager would contact quidco and try and sort it. An hour later he called back to say that he would manually adjust the bill to the right amount. So they can do it! He didn't know about the offer at first so I read out the web address for the offer page to him. If you get no joy with the advisor I would ask to speak to the manager.:j30/7/10:j

My first bill is £17.82. Somehow I have been charged £5.82 for using the internet on my phone but as far as I know I haven't used anything I should be charged for. No way have I gone over the limit. I don't think this fiasco is giving T mobile a good name. If they don't sort out my bill and make sure that I only get charged £5.21 each month then I'll be sending my phone back even though I like it. I'm glad I haven't cancelled my 02 contract yetBe thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I have just seen this on the quidco website in the terms and conditions on the T mobile on the RHS
Terms & Conditions
Due to unprecendented demand for the Free Android handset for under £5 the advertised Samsung Galaxy Apollo handset is now out of stock. However, T-mobile will continue to offer the deal with a different Android handset - the LG Optimus One. To get this deal, complete the the Samsung Apollo offer online as normal, and then T-mobile will contact you to offer you the alternative handset. Accepting this offer by phone will not interfere with your cashback.- Cashback is only available to new customers, not including upgrades
- Cashback will not be awarded until the SIM has been active for 3 months.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I received the LG yesterday, was reluctant to switch the phone on till I checked details such as billing discounts, delivery costs etc.
So I logged into my T-Mobile account online - there was no bill available for me to read but I checked "My Plan" which was showing as £8 something excluding VAT.
I rang up 0800 956 2208, Option 3, informed them that I was a Quidco customer, spoke to a very helpful man who knew about all of it, knew it should be £5.21 without looking it up and said that the discount should come off with the bill and that will be showing tonight. If I have any problems I can call back.
I was very pleased - he was knowledgeable and helpful and makes me think if there is a problem it will get sorted! (But unlikely to have a problem).
PS - for any who have missed this deal - T-Mobile now have £150 cashback for any contract - meaning that buying an LG One over 24 months works out at pretty much the same cost as our bargain.0
