There should be a £5 quidco credit, but also they should be giving you free delivery. I don't know what the other charges are for though?
The £8.51 plus VAT is the £10.21 monthly charge, but we are supposed to get £5 off for the first 12 months.
My bill is not available, so all I can tell you is I rang them about the delivery charge and sim card charge, and they said they would remove them from my next bill.52% tight0 -
i see they charged me for delivery as well. £5.82 delivery and £5 discount will be credited back to my account.
the £5.21 that we're supposed to be charged monthly is that pre-vat?
jellyhead, you can request to port your number anytime. they'll give your pac which expires after 30 days then you'll request for another one.
i have a payg t-mobile number that i'd like to keep so will do that soon. they said it only takes 24hrs. not sure how long for other networks.0 -
I have now made 4 phone calls to t-mobile regarding me being billed £10.21, they keep telling me quidco have not added the £5 discount to their offer and they can't add it. Is anyone else having this problem?
Does anyone have a phone number for quidco, i can't see one on their help section.0 -
why 4 calls- surely at end of first call you say well forget it and cancel.Any posts on here are for information and discussion purposes only and shouldn't be seen as (financial) advice.0

I did say i wanted to cancel in the hope they would actually sort it out but that didn't work!! I don't want to have to send the phone back i really like it, i just want the deal that was offered.0

I just said I joined via quidco so should be getting £5 for the first 12 months and I wasn't happy about being charged the full amount, he was quite helpful and checked it out for me, agreeed I was in the right, then stated there was a delivery charge, to which I quickly replied 'Online orders are free' so he took that off too
Have you had your first bill? He said the discount should appear on that. HTHMoney Saving Tip #1. Stay OFF the grabbit thread!
