The process is pretty much the same, but without the UAC prompts that the Vista/7 guide has.
Thanks, used that link which claimed success. However Rapport setup was still in downloads along with the uninstaller. I dumped them in recycle and emptied it, but I guess that's not enough?
Worse, the original problem still exists. However having installed Google Chrome login works fine there. Looks like Firefox won't be my preferred banking browser.I am not a cat (But my friend is)0 -

Use Opera, Crapport can't install to Opera, and importantly HSBC will not give their relentless reminder to install CrapportDisclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion.
