HSBC login questions incomplete

I am running Mozilla Firefox version 3.6.18 on Windows XP SP3. 32bit.
My problem is that the second line of my security question does not appear on the login page. Also the "Forgotten your login? *click here*"is missing
Called HSBC who said reduce the font size, did this by zoom out, no difference. I couldn't find another way to reduce it so gave up with Firefox.
Logged in with Internet Explorer, no problems everything appeared on the page correctly.
I prefer Firefox and would like to sort it out if anyone can help. I have tried Firefox 4 but found that XP 32bit would not allow Trusteer Rapport security which I use on the bank site. Therefore went back to FF3.

Sounds like HSBC have not coded/tested the page to display properly on anything other than IE. It probably won't work on Safari or Opera either.
Rapport is itself considered dubious by many users. No free lunch, and no free laptop

HSBC online banking also works fine on Chrome, surprised they haven't tested Firefox - not sure I know anyone who still uses IE."We can all fly as high as the dreams we dare to live...........unless we are a chicken" ~ Anon.0 -
Try upgrading to the latest version of firefox, my HSBC login works fine with it0

Thanks for that, tried Safari - no good there either.
I don't know much about security so when the Bank recommended Rapport I thought it wouldn't do any harm. Is there a better option?I am not a cat (But my friend is)0 -

I'm using Firefox 5 and have no difficulty in logging in to my HSBC account so it would seem the problem is with Rapport.
If you look back on previous posts you will see that there have been all sorts problems with Rapport.0 -

My HSBC online account works fine in FF (3,4 and 5 never any problems), but then I've never installed Rapport and never intend to either. So try without Rapport...they probably think IE is the only browser worth coding for......0 -

It is a coding issue, but the long standing issue is with Crapport. The browser properly sees Crapport for what it is .. .. a nasty keylogger. On Crapport itself .. .. .. no comment

It will be FF5 now, but Trusteer say it does work.Tried that as said in first post, Rapport won't work with FF4 on XP 32 bit
"For Windows Operating Systems*, 32-bit and 64-bit (Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7), Rapport supports:
Internet Explorer 6,7,8 and 9 Firefox 3.x, 4.x, 5.xGoogle Chrome 3.x through 12.x
Recommended Service Packs:
Windows XP SP3Windows Vista SP2"
There is a Rapport update available.
"Rapport now supports Firefox 5 for both PC and Mac.
Please download the latest version from here:
http://www.trusteer.com/book/rapport-installation-links
Please be sure to close Firefox before the installation begins."
Update Firefox to 5 and update Rapport. I've found Rapport is very slow to update itself. Hateful piece of software, but that's a different thread:)0 -
