I bought my Dettol No Hands system a month ago on the last day of the Tesco discount when it was £4.99 and got it for £1.99 with coupon, but I wanted a silver one and they only had the white so I bought it but have been carrying it with me for ages in the hope T's might have the silver one lol. I always have help to pack my bags and recently got charged £9.98 for a system I had already bought! I went to customer service and explained and showed her my receipt I carry from when I bought the system and she spoke to the guy and then came back and refunded me, but when I asked she said the guy thought I was trying to shoplift it as it was in my bag, but he didn't even ask me about it! If he had I'd have explained I was waiting to exchange for the silver one! Think I need to get on with using the white one....the silver one will probably be in stock then lol!

Take it to Asda or Sainsburys and say you lost your receipt and want to swap it for a silver one.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

LOL I wouldn't have the nerve to do that, i don't have a Sainsbury's near me anyway and only an ASDA living, but the Dettol system is full price on there now so I don't know if i'd be charged extra, but also i think once it was scanned it would have a bar code that shows I did not buy it from Asda or anywhere else but T's.

The barcode is the same for all shops so they would have no idea where you bought it or how much you paid;)

HI have started refilling my 4 soap dispensers we got, I saw a lip on utube showing a squeezy sauce bottle with a long neck and you just push it into the empty refill, we are using ordinary liquid soap which is a third of the price and the kids still love using it,

I saw that same vid and bought a squeezy bottle for that purpose, lol. I'm going to use Tesco baby bath for 5p to refill it.
