I refilled mine for the 1st time yesterday, just popped the lid off with the handle of a spoon and refilled with cheap stuff, works perfectly so very pleased.......and amazed at the stuff you can find on Youtube!! ;)

I found one for just over 2 quid including shipping on Amazon by searching for "squeeze bottle". It's an added cost, but works out cheaper than buying dettol refills. You might find a squeeze bottle at Poundland or the 99p store in either the kitchen items or maybe even hair/beauty items.

We're not talking about using the bottles *as* the refill, we mean to use them to refill the existing dispenser by filling your squeeze bottle with liquid soap and inserting the bottle's nozzle into the opening where the soap comes out on the Dettol dispenser. Just find a bottle with a narrow, pointed top.

We used Carex and it worked.

One thing I'd like to change is the amount it pumps out. I reckon you only need about two thirds of what it gives you in a squirt.
