we have had the same problem with the same flowers, but as the recipient is in her 80's she does not need the stress of trying to provide photographs and they are not local, so I guess there's not a lot we can do. I certainly wouldn't buy from again.0

Matter resolved for me anyway. Full refund, already received.
My advice from reading these forums....some of the flowers are not good, but if you follow their tandc you will get a result from complaining. Question is, is it worth the hassle. Not for me, ill use bunches in the future.
thanks guys

That is SHOCKING cookiemonster!!!
As I said, I would recommend everyone to steer well clear of these con-merchants...
It seems like asking for photographic proof is their way of putting people off from complainint.
I would urge anyone else that has dead flowers to demand a refund and not more flowers!!!
Con-merchants like these can only survive because people let them get away with this cr*p!!!

I also sent my MIL (not my fav person at the best of times) a bunch of these - she was dissapointed, but did at least have the good grace to say they have perked up a lot since she first received them. I've emailed Valuflora who said Alstromeria are soft and delicate flowers, and they may appear a little the worse for wear initially, but should perk up and be in peak condition for Christmas day, and MIL's experience seems to reflect that. Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0
