Am sure im telling you guys a story which youve heard before, but as a newbie, dont shout at me. I decided to try out Valueflora (my usual choice is bunches) to send my mum a christmas bouquet. It was the special alstroemeria bouquet. Anyway, im gutted my mum has just called to say that it was bone dry, dead and the leaves have fallen off.
As I cant find a number on their website, I have emailed them. We wait and see, but i promise, I will report back. we all amke mistakes, my view is that it is how we put it right that matters. Watch this space guys!

I had a similar problem with them when I sent some roses to my mum 2 months ago. I immediately took a photo of them with my phone and e-mailed a girl called Amy to complain. As per their T&C's I did it immediately (think it has to be within 7 days anyhow) and she promised to replace the bunch asap. Asap to her meant 2 weeks and a reminder e-mail from me, but I did eventually get another bunch of flowers delivered and they were much nicer.
Good luck! If you need any more info re: my complaint feel free to ask.0 -
Thanks for that, I have emailed and got a reply about how those sorts of flowers are supposed to look like that, and that with water they will 'spruce up' and be lovely in time for xmas day. My mum says that unless someone comes round and paints them, they will not 'spruce up'. i can only assume that they are really dead. Anyway i will take a pic tonight and one on xmas day. if were still not happy, I will get back to them. One by one the penguins steal my sanity.0

Ok, promised to keep you updated. Visited my mums yesterday, guys trust me, the flowers are dead. I have taken photos and sent them to 'amy' at valueflora as per their TandCs. I have stated that as the goods are dead, they are definately not fit for purpose and i would therefore respectfully like to ask for a refund.
I would post the pics on here to let you see...oh hang on (sees little insert image icon) lets try, if it doesnt work, apologies!
Oh...I need to put them on a website first....hmmm, any techies wanna let me know how to do that, the name of a free image site would be a start.
Cheers

Sent the mother-in-law some flowers through Valueflora for Christmas but they arrived dead - highly embarrassing, very disappointing and to top it off after emailing Valueflora to complain about the state of the flowers they now want photographic evidence!
Do I really have to phone my mother-in-law (not the most understanding person at the best of times) and ask her to root around her bin to fish out the dead flowers and take a photo of them to send me so I can claim some money back??????
Anyone else had any problems with them recently?????0 -

There is another thread about Value Flora around here somwehere, don't have time to find it, sure someone else will oblige.
They are well known for supplying !!!!!! flowers at cheap prices so I can't believe people still buy from them.
E-mail them back and explain they are in the bin....
