I have been m i a for a few months.. life got in the way but now it's back on an even[ish] keel, so this is a bit of a long post,sorry
Well still continued to put £2 at least, in my pot daily.Also money from the dog/house sitting, plus some birthday money as well. Had to open pot in May as cooker went to the scrapyard, made another £10. Had £586 in there :T Now have a lovely mini range gas cooker, double oven..wahey!!
Anyway ,new pot and continue...needed money for flight and 3 weeks visiting ds3 in germany , pot obliged with £219, had a lovely time and house sat for the family for the middle week as they came to uk.
Another new pot is on the go now, so hope this one stays sealed until opening day
Thanks to Sueuu :A for encouraging those of us who never saved before, this is my 2nd year of sealed pot and 'finding' enough money in the tin when it's needed

£2 added to my pot today, after sorted bus fare for kids out ;-) came on here quickly as hubby leapt into action to kill another huge monster!! (spider) every single night for last week or so we are getting them in to 'find a mate' or whatever they are doing in our house! Its that time of year. As long as they dont squeeze into my pot!!! I definitely dont want to be looking at them when I save,,shuddering off to bed again ;-(Life happens when you are busy making other plans
