Total now in - £48.21. A bit disappointing, so will put this into the pot for the next challenge (will obviously subtract this amount next year).

Hello there phoenix and very well done on your Total. :T Though I understand what you mean, it's still not a bad amount and so much better than if you'd not saved at all. Start saving straight away and every time you go to buy something question it first!! "Do I need or want?" For now though, you have a GREAT start for next year!

Just checking in with my total..........

£1024.78

Been great as it has paid to have my hall/stairs and bedroom decorated :j..........it had gone beyond DIY in the bedroom (more holes than wall! :eek:) and I couldn't reach sufficiently in the hall.

Well done to everyone on there totals so far.

Have counted my pot and it only had £55 in, which added to the £30 banked few months ago makes £85.thats one and a half westlife tickets paid for Have not made my target but still happy as been expensive year with sisters wedding and two new babies in the family, plus starting a job.

Please can you count me in for next year going to set my target as the same £200.
