    Hey Footie!

Thanks hun! You will get back in the zone soon, it took me a long time to find it but I got there eventually! I would love to try Zumba, apparently it's brilliant, I hope you can go and you really enjoy it, you'll have to teach us all some virtual moves and we can all work out together - the SPC Fit Club! I just hope I can stay in the zone - it's much easier in hot weather as I can tolerate salad so much more...!

I saw you lost a couple of pounds last week! I know how difficult it is when you have such a busy lifestyle, but you will do it, you have done so well already, you are an inspiration!

Perhaps a little of your pot money can go towards a gorgeous outfit when you get to target!? You deserve it! x :)

    Hi Cazzie

Your most welcome. We do have these temporary set backs and I stay postive by how far I have come, but set myself a target of getting to goal by end Sept for my hols. :D I will keep going and whatever I do by then will be a bonus. I love clothes but have been very disciplined and refuse to go mad until I get there and refuse to go up either. Yeah to a virtual Zumba class that will be fun. I will sniff one out.

I will be back later with some pennies for the pot. xx

May be DM but the pennies will be better in your growing pot of wonder and you will be so happy and glad you didn't cave in. :D

:hello: I'm back after a while of being awol. Bet it will take ages to catch up with all your news as things move so fast here.

:T Congrats to FM and Cazzie on your losses - well done girls. :T I'm having one of those set back things you mentioned Cazzie - hope it passes real quick. You'd better book me into the virtual zumba class as I don't think a real class could cope with my lack of rhythm and co-ordination :D

Oooooohhhhh nearly forgot - potted £3.38 today

    Take care everyone

Haven't been here lately, but am keeping up with potting as much as I can.

Not doing anything like as well as I did last year though, because I am being much more strict about drawing out cash. I allow myself a small sum to live on each day, so not so much change comes my way.

Never mind - the other side of the coin is that more money is staying in the bank. I win either way. :D

It sounds as if most people are doing well - congratulations all!
Keeping two cats and myself on a small budget, and enjoying life while we're at it!

Hi, I wonder if I could join you please?
I have a 2 litre diet coke bottle that I'm going to cut a slot in and hope I can at least half fill by december. I plan to empty my purse each thursday (as my new week starts on a friday) into the sealed bottle. I'm hoping that this might help me stop impulse buying as I can't resist a bargain!
