If Ebay do ask if you refused paypal, say no - the buyer could have paid at any time - which is true.

As collection was not offered - you don't have to even get into that.

I have blocked this person from bidding again, but they are still pestering me through email to remove the dispute so they can be cleared is there a way I can block them from messaging me?

Yes, you can tick the box which says something to the effect that you don't have blocked bidders messaging.

It is at the bottom of your buyer requirements.

Don't allow blocked buyers to contact me. (Buyer will not see the "Contact Seller" button on your Q&A page.)

Thanks but that only allows me to block the buyer from contacting me on future listings not this one.

However they have now left a negative remark against a postive feedback if that makes sense so hopefully this will be the last of it.

You can ask ebay to remove it, unless you're happy for it to stay as the chances are people won't read it once you have a couple more Fb after this one, just don't reply & draw attention to it.
