ebay - collection only listing, but winning bid demands courier collection

think you need to learn how Ebay collection works. Hope the courier is going to bring cash with him and packaging materials

But according to this seller - Ebay are now allowing non-paying bidders to retaliate with bad feedback.

Can anyone clear this up, as i have 2 NPB's on at the mo - and this would really anger me, if they can get me back for following Ebays own procedures

My NPB's open automatically after 4 days & in the open case bit there are 2 lines under the FB, it says that the resolution process has blcked the buyer from leaving FB. That comes up as soon as the case opens.
I don't know if you open them yourself though.

Thats what as always happened for me, and i do mine manually.

I allow 7 days.

I opened a NPB and told buyer i was going away Friday, so needed to get it out by then. Buyer replied they will pay Saturday then.

Collection only means 'collection by the buyer'. The seller now has to pack it up and label it for the courier as well as waiting in all day. The buyer has not fulfilled their side of the bargain by coming to collect, and are demanding something not offered. People are far too reluctant to sue against these negatives which are left unfairly. Would like to see how fast they were to leave unjustified negs like spoilt little lying 5 year olds if they had to pay out £100 each time.

Collection means just that, it means the item has to be collected from you as you won't deliver it so they're not doing anything you've not stipulated.

no, you need to learn what collection means.

The OP has already stated they'd deliver for £x so they can be packaged.
If the sale was 'cash on collection only' then the courier would need to being cash. If the advert is advertised as cash on collection only then you can argue over it.
