The Gu puds one expires at the end of the year. Unsure about the chocs. There was also a free bottle of wine one knocking about.

I went for it and added these two to my order but the chocs code has now expired so took them out again.

Looking forward to my delivery tomorrow, confirmation e-mail shows I saved over £20.00 before the £20.00 off!:j

    Thanks again OP!

Had my delivery at 8:30pm and he wasn't due until between 9 to 10pm and he was a lovely man and spoke briefly to myself and husband before leaving. Everything was and is perfect. Had a really great experience with Ocado and would consider using them again. :)

Mainly deleted because I had a bit of a boring rant last night.:o:D

Let's just say I think their subs policy leaves a bit to be desired. Ordering on a buy 2 get 3rd free basis for example seems to produce a sub of only 2 items as the third would be technically free and also brand purchases are split & cheaper items substituted which makes the offer price not such a good deal. I suppose a facility to specify subs you would like would be helpful as I could have chosen an alternative I could use rather than one the family won't eat.

All in all though it was certainly a good deal, so not complaining too much. I may just use them again, perhaps on a once a month 'treat' shop.:)

I had mine delivered and they subbed a 2 for 1 offer with little more expensive products but still honoured the 2 for 1, also i had an item missing as they didn't have any which took me below the £40 threshold but still had the £20 applied. nice and simple receipt they give you too.

My Order has just been delivered. Early (- different to Tesco's, and a very polite driver, which also makes a great change from the usual stressed out Tesco driver).
I had an item missing, which took me under the £40 threshold for the £20 coupon. But again, that was honoured.
If I had a better discount code to use than the latest '£15 off a £75 shop', I'd definitely use Ocado again.

My delivery arrived on time. Chocs and puds present.

However my 2 bottles of essential juice that were in 2 separate bags looked liked they had been squashed and leaked over my shopping so have just spent 10 mins washing everything down before putting it away. I had also been overcharged on substitutions that were on offer and the offer not applied at the end. Pointed out the over charge to the driver, he said I had to call to sort it out, so not such a helpful chap as some of you have had.

I called customer services, lovely chap has refunded my soggy quiches for me and the offending bottles and sorted my non applied offers.

Would I use again? I don't think so unless there was another good offer on.

I had my Ocado order safely delivered to my son's address as they do not deliver to mine. I find this strange as waitrose DO deliver to my address and have done so in the past. Even more strange, is that at no time when I made my order was I asked for my home address to match up with my Credit Card.
