Mine arrived fine (although I only ordered nappies!) and delivery driver was so nice and polite. They have messed this up for a lot of people, which is a shame, as they seem in most respects a good company.

    too many comps..not enough time!

My delivery arrived, with no substitutions or missing items. I had edited my order to receive the free Gu pots and these arrived with no problems and with the £20 off.

Very impressed with the service, but the overall prices mean I won't shop with Ocado again unless another offer comes up, sadly. :)
  • Mine just arrived - no tinned tomatoes but everything else there including the wine I asked for.

I also got an extra surprise - parking is very restricted where I live so I took my stuff on the pavement to avoid the driver getting booked. I'd left my front door open and when I went back in found I had a fox in my living room!

... they do not deliver to mine. I find this strange as waitrose DO deliver to my address and have done so in the past.

Nothing strange about it - two completely separate companies with different business models and delivery areas.

My parents received their order today, with £20 off, free GU puddings, free chocs. 2 items were missing and unsubstituted - tbh, I think they should have substituted them as they were a common item and other similar items were in the order, but nevermind.
Paid with £20 of John Lewis vouchers mum got free from her John Lewis Partnership card rewards so only 95p cost - there was over £20 in product savings, plus £20 voucher saving and £20 JL vouchers.
    Fantastic deal.

Received my order this evening! Everything there including the edited free Gu!! Lovely delivery guy who said 'not very much!' when I asked to check what I was going to be charged. Very pleased & will definately use agin with a good offer.

I know it's not as good but I found a voucher code for £15 off £65 first shop if it's any good to anyone: VOU0321225 (EXPIRES 03/07/11). Might be worth combining with any coupons for free items such as the Gu.

I used some old John Lewis vouchers too - but i still don't get how they can take them - when they are nothing to do with John Lewis.

Glad to get rid of them though - saves driving £20 to my nearest John Lewis or Waitrose.

    Cashback Cashier
Just checked my Top Cashback Account to see if my £7.57 was still being tracked. It has changed to £0.00 and marked as paid:mad:. I guess that Ocado think they have given enough away without any more going on cashbacks:eek:
