    I emailed Ocado with a formal complaint following the apology email from Crowdity and I was then offered £20 off a £75 shop. I then complained further and I have just received a free £20 Ocado voucher with no minimum spend! Which is even better than original offer! Excellent.

    My order just arrived. Everything there! £20.48 what a fab cost! Was lucky too as the one item I ordered wasn't delivered and this was the item that last week I decided I didn't want on the day the voucher stopped being valid. I therefore couldn't change my order so bonus!

    Mines still tracking.

    When you went through TCB - did you use the top button or the bottom one. Only the top one would allow your own code to be used. Also, you needed to avoid any buttons on Ocado that took you to an existing offer. I just put my postcode in top right and went from there. Worked on TCB & Quidco.

    This applies to many cashback offers - you have to be careful where they navigate you.

    Same here but not fussed as wasn't expecting it to pay cashback as well - worth a try :D

    My order was delivered on a Friday. By the Monday, my bread was green with mould. I complained but they said that this was fine!
