Nice idea, and it might have worked except it was so sticky that not much of it would go through. (And believe me I tried! I'm 6'3", 200lb and could not physically push it all through.) Here's the result:







I am extremely glad I halved the quantities, as it saved a lot of waste.

Anyone who wants a free bottle of rosewater, PM me and I'll post it to you. It's only got a tablespoon out of it, and will not be used again. I'd rather scrape my own eyes out with a blunt and rusty spoon. :mad:

Thanks to you, I have my second chocolate yoghurt cake in the oven. MMMMM. Almost ready to brave the shops for some ingredients for chocolate fudge icing. (Forgot that I wanted to try icing it - ate the first one plain!)

I'm probably going to have to go out around 4pm-ish, so I'm going to tackle the TD now, and the rum truffles later.

I have just tried my first white chocolate and cardamom truffle. The icing sugar has formed a very thin "shell", and has made them a little easier to handle. They are really light and fluffy - I'm well chuffed! I'm going to give them another dusting of icing sugar, as this seems to help. :cool:
