    how rude! and why doesn't she just say that she cannot afford to pay for it right now? why waste your time.... grrrr.

    I know :undecided well she said it's not that she hasn't got the money it's just that she's on holiday. But she's been sending me these messages after the date she said she went away so she obviously has internet access where ever she is; if she can type out page long e-mails then she can surely take 2 minutes to click "pay by paypal"?
    I've stopped arguing with her now, told her I apologise if she found offence but my e-mails simply contain the same facts that were listed in my description and there's nothing more I can do...if I change the rules for 1 person then it's not fair to everyone else who put in a bid.

    With all this ebay drama I haven't had anything to add to my total today :( I've managed to save money but haven't actually made anything. I do 12 hours of overtime every week but I haven't been including this because it's become a regular thing (why they don't just give in and add the 12 hours to my contract I have no idea). Still...it's the sale weekend soon so that means a ton of extra hours are coming my way :j
    Paying off the overdraft:
    End of April= -£500
    Today= -£455

    and then told me I should change my item description to allow for circumstances such as the one she's found herself in. :mad:

    But you did allow for it in the description, by asking bidders to email with any issues before bidding!!! People like that really put you off eBay sometimes.

    Re : The Xbox :D

    Nice extra to have if you were having the phone contract anyway!

    Could you put it away and save it for a christmas prezzie? :money:

    Yeah, was very pleased to find that deal! Good idea about saving it for a present, but the only person I would give it to is DS1 and I can't save presents for him - I get too excited and have to give it him early, lol. Wasted so much money doing that!

    The Xbox is a tough one. You're only going to need additional controllers and more games and stuff so it'll end up costing you money to keep it!!

    If the kids are getting older though they'll begin to enjoy an Xbox much more. You could always keep all three and see which one gets pushed out...? Of course you'll get more eBay moneyz selling the Xbox as new now...

    Good point, there are always so many extras to buy with games consoles. DS1 is only 6 so is still a bit young for it really, I tend to think that XBoxes are more suited to teenagers and adults. But it is really tempting me, sat in the corner looking all shiny and new and inviting, lol.

    Will have to leave it for a few days and see what I think, I've got an essay due in next tues that I've not even started yet (:eek:) so need to concentrate on that - no more distractions!!!

    Confession time, Im a Big fan of Gaming, we have 2 PS3'S and im totally hooked on Black Ops ( :o im 35 ) lol, which is why my first thought was to keep it but, I would agree that Xbox / ps3 are aimed more at teenagers and adults, and games are pricey, so not really suited for a 6 year old

    Forgot my lunch for work today and didn't take any money so I wouldn't spend. Was talking to a customer about how I was going to have to drive to my Mam's 7 mile away for lunch. On the way out of the shop he left £3 on the counter for me to get some food. He wouldn't take it back so I'm counting that as £3 in the pot for today.
