I sent an e-mail to Grazia magazine yesterday as I think it's shocking and very misleading to print on the front cover in bold letters 'one for every reader' when there clearly wasn't enough for half. So many of us have bent over backwards trying to get hold of one of these and it has been a disappointment for most.

Will let you all know what they say once I receive a reply back.

I went into House of Frazer to collect mine. A very hard faced snotty sales assistant told me that I had to book a makeover session :( I argued that no where on the voucher did it say that. It actually says no purchase necessary!! Anyway I booked it but I'm going to cancel. I don't wear makeup everyday and the products are expensive. It's such a con!!! I'm a regular reader of Grazia magazine and feel let down to be pressurised into that appointment. If it had said claim after or during the appointment I wouldn't have bothered cutting it out! I'm so angry. Rant over!

Has anyone had any joy getting this in Southampton? I'm hoping to pick one up in Boots or John Lewis later.

I'm in Southampton and I rang up boots in town yesterday and reserved the last one. When I picked it up the benefit lady said that they had to turn down loads of people today. John Lewis don't have any either when I rang yesterday. However you could try debenhams. Boots and JL definitely don't have any but maybe if you show them your voucher they could offer you something else?

I think the set is nice - the packaging is the best bit and i don't know how im going to use the eye cream, i can barely fit my finger in it but this is one of the best freebies I have had with a magazine and i'm very happy that it only cost £1 at WHS.

Just picked one up from Harvey Nicholls in Edinburgh.
  • Failed to redeem voucher in Boots or Selfridges in Manchester. Have decided to complain to the ASA as "Free! .... for every reader" is clearly a misleading promotion.

Has anyone phoned the freephone number in the magazine to ask about it? There's one on the page which had the voucher.

Sorry, the girl in the shop took the whole page, so I don't have it.
