no stock at whiterose today, gutted, sa said they're not getting any more stock0

I tried House of Fraser, Debenhams and Boots today- no joy. I like the ASA idea, I'll copy the stinking letter I'm going to write to Grazia to them. I rang the freephone number and they basically said "tough", it's an over- the- counter promotion and limited stocks.
Harumph. There was me thinking I was going to have beautiful skincare to go with my freebie Posytints....They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm. 0 0

I went to Boots to collect my Benefit freebies on Saturday and was told they had not received them, they would be in on Monday. I went back today to be told by a different assistant that they had them but they only had 25 and they had all been 'reserved'. ( I wasn't asked on Saturday if I would like to reserve one)I then tried House of Fraser and they had not received any but the assistant gave me a number to phone to see when they were in. She also told me that Boots should not have been reserving them. No I didn't go back to Boots as I did not feel in a confrontational mood but I will be writing to Benefit & Grazia0

Further to my earlier post I just phoned the freephone number 0800-496-1084 and a very helpful lady took my name address email & phone number and said she would pass on my comments to head office, but she did say that the offer says 'while stocks last' which I suppose is their 'get out of jail free card'. I will let you know if I hear any more0

I find it very naughty of Boots that on one hand they DON'T have the freebies in when they're supposed to be in and then they've all been reserved so one person can't receive hers. Whatever happened to first come first served and also not reserving them?!

Further info. I emailed Benefit as well as complaining to the freefone number. I received an email on Thursday apologising and asking for my postal address. And this morning (Saturday) I received my freebie by post. So well done Benefit customer service & thankyou.0

I have to say there customer service is excellent. I wrote to them when one of their staff was rude to me and my sis in law and we got a lovely letter and a make up set each as an apology.
Thumbs up for benefit. Im still a loyal customer now and even though freebies like this go quickly, you dont come across any other brands being this generous with goodies do you. 0 0
