"I got a court letter" I found to be false, state the court and the date and time and I shall check if your case is indeed listed for a hearing and who the Plaintiff and defendants are.
The last one I checked out never existed.
So I am calling you OUT on this, provide the details.
I will need the court, and the date.

please check it...i have no need to lie. I am desperatly trying to photograph the letters and send them to the computer to attach.

Very good ..that's the Small Claim but which court is the NPO hearing listed for .....is it the same one ?

Ok, so they "get an NPO" against you on the 4th, and you tell them who was driving.
How can they then proceed against YOU on the 18th?
Please show us what you have received.

obviously they can't, but if the other driver was a family member, which are going to be the only other people allowed to use the car, then i will be in the same dilemma. and how do you attach images to these posts?

But you say they have already issued a claim against YOU, to be heard on the 18th. How can they have done this if they need an NPO to find out who to claim against?
Something not right here, I'll ask again can you show us the court papers?
