    Not all chocolate .................... sadly.
Just the milk chocolate @ 17p per 100g bar.

Champagne?? I wish, happy with the Asti or whatever it was. It was very nice though.

I shall make a point of going to Lidl over weekend - need potatoes, I had to pay £2.69 for 2.5kg in Tesco  - not impressed - what happened to the Market Value 5kg bag? So many Everyday items disappearing from the shelves in my Tesco store

Will def stock up on choc great for making chocolate crispies or cornflake cake, or just to dip in my tea once kids have gone to bed ;);)

I prefer Asti - you should have asked him to leave the bottle on the table lol
  • Verdict on the sausages. They are so nice, glad I have another pack in the freezer, 3 left, I have a sheet of herby puff pastry in the freezer, thinking of making a sausage and 5 bean plait, need to look up how its done and what you are supposed to eat it with lol.

AH!!! Sealed pot - I had pot and challenge lol

Nanny Pat's sausage plait - its should be on the Good Morning website as I saw her making it on there (well she didn't actually make it which makes me believe it wasn't her sausage plait on towie to start with). It was pastry rolled into rectangle, sausage meat topped with onion cut into rings, pastry plaited over and shoved in oven - just a big sausage roll really but the salsa sausages would give it a whole new meaning - what about using a tin of refried beans with a spoonful of salsa and topped with grated cheese, yum yum!
  • Was just looking at recipes and saw the recipe you mentioned, only thing is, I have 3 cooked sausages i want to use up and the recipe says uncooked sausage, so I found a sausage and bean melt pie or pasties, but I don't have any cheddar, only mozerella in freezer, so will adapt it and make the plait another time, I Will have it with the leftover mash, I also don't have eggs, i don't buy them often, but it says I can wash with milk which I do have.

DD made sausage rolls at school - they were so nice - literally a sausage with a rectangle of pastry wrapped around them (more like pigs in blankets) with a sprinkle of cheese on top of pastry - delish! couldn't believe they were value sausages
