I cant believe that. How bad that is . Doesnt a credit check affect your credit scoring (it gets worse the more credit checks you have)?? Surely they should have asked your permission before they did this. I would ring head office as this is very poor customer service and all for asking your credit limit..how odd. My balance online is not reflecting my purchase yesterday (i had order confirmed in email). Does this mean that my order has been cancelled or does it only get shown at statement time?0

Normally mine is at statement time - it just shows the balance of account as £0 till they work out what to invoice you - i think !
