  • Not surprised that they have pulled it - didn't go mad but got a few things for the kids.

    Next need to be fair and just have a sale day like everyone else and stop this VIP thing.

    There might be a new code tomorrow for the VIP's - hopefully those that didn't get an order in will tomorrow!
  • Thanks for code - i managed to get 2 big orders in b4 they pulled it. Has anyone else who ordered had a confirmation email yet only they're normally pretty prompt with them and I'm a little worried as i haven't had one yet & i'm dreading having to do it all again tommorrow!

  • I'm worried, I haven't had confirmation e mails. Orders placed at 3.30 and 4.30- here's hoping it arrives on Friday. I was so pleased to get the order through.

    Hi, I got email confirmations for mine too, they should be delivered tomorrow - hope they arrive ok! Sorry to all those that didn't manage to use the code today, hopefully another code will become available tomorrow.
  • RRRR only just got home from work, I'd previously checked that code worked and it was fine but now no luck, shame only really wanted a pair of curtains to match the ones i already have, never mind, thanks anyway!!!

  • whatever you do dont ring next to ask about how much credit you have got left.i just did and was kept on the line for about 20mins then was told they had just done a credit check and have shut my account.i have just received their new catalogue today.i pay them early every month and have never missed a payment.i asked the girl if this would have happened if i hadnt of rang up and she said no.i then said so you have kept me on the line to do an credit check without asking and rung up my phone bill she said yes.i then asked for her name and she gave me the same name that customer service staff from next keep giving me.cant believe how ive been treated.

  • Thats what i normally do but nothing was showing up so i had to ring.what i cant believe is the rudest.i work as a thorntons shop manager and we have to treat the customers with high respect.a little christmas spirit is all i was after.
