*Nods understandingly* It shakes you up, and you end up feeling really cross with yourself, right? At least, that's how it gets me - and never mind the fun and games getting up off the ground!
Y'know, it's a shame I'm not mobile, and that we're not living closer to each other - if we were, we could take it in turns to visit and clean houses; you know, I'd help you with yours, and you could come and help with mine; I bet we'd have a grand time, and you could bring the dogs to mine, too.:D
Anyways, in the meantime, take it easy - do like I do, 10 mins at a time, and lots of rest breaks.
I've done some washing, which is out on the line - I hope it dries, as there's stuff there I want for my holiday!
And talking of dogs, Sidney's being collected at 13:00, so I think I'll slip him out for a last walkies before I get his stuff together.;)
That's exactly how I feel too Lamewolf. And so frustrated with myself. Just had my B12 injection as I think Im due it soon and a sleep and feeling brighter now. Hugs to you and Sidney of course xxI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.0 -
Hello all!
Molly, take it easy xxx
Julie, congratulations on the birth of your grandson x
I've done some baking today. Made a lemon cake & some chocolate fairy cakes. I cooked the chicken so that'll do a few meals & sandwiches.
I've sorted out some of the kitchen cupboards as well.
Baby has a cold so he's in bed atm.
I hung the washing up in doors as I thought it was going to rain. Looks lovely though there, lol!
Need to get off here & sort the pantry & under the stairs.
HH can't wait to see pics of you in your dress. Dress is lovely.
Love (((hugs))) & spoons

afternoon!
not read the thread yet - had a very late start today. We were out late at a gig last night then DH kept me awake most of the night with muscle spasms  in the end I slept in the spare room for a few hours.
We're both on holiday this week, waiting in for a phone call today about DSs new car key. Have done some painting - glossing this morning then some mowing and weeding plus 3 loads of washing. Its a glorious day here so am back off outside shortly to take advantage of the sun.
Last night we saw DSs new flat:eek: as expected it was very grotty. I was itching to get my pinny on and give it a darn good clean.
We took him out for the evening and it was nice to see him having some fun - poor lads been going through a tough time for quite a while and is skint as usual.
(((hugs))) to those in need.
have a great day all xDo what you love :happyhear0 -

Lou I absolutely love your new signature, it brought tears to my eyes. Maya Angelou is my absolute favourite writer, and I know that piece very well. Well someone stole the sun from here! It's pouring down now
The work kids presentation was good, they all enjoyed. It was nice to watch one that I hadn't really been involved in cos I could relax instead of stressing out like normal! I did help them clear up after though.
Off out with my mother now, wish me luck!!

Afternoon all,
Thankyou for all the lovely congratulations. Will be off to the hospital in about an hour, very excited. Can't wait to meet him:j
Managed to get my jobs done today, going to have an early tea due to visiting hrs, steak and eggs DH favourite. Then strawberries out of the garden with cream, yum.
My DS has survived the day without any pestering . I am hoping she picked up on the vibes on Saturday but have a feeling there may be more to come:cool:
Neither of us have slept well just recently which is the norm for me but DH normally sleeps like a rock, so probably an early night. Will post pics on FB later.
Have a good evening.Started Self Managed DMP 10th May 2017.
