    Morning,

Its a nice day today so some bedding will be out shortly.DS1 & GF are away tomorrow & I think he'll be at hers tonight as they have an early start at the airport and her house is nearer,so can do his bedding today too.I'm a bit annoyed as he said he would help DS2s ex to put some stickers on the wall ready for the new baby, but he kept putting it off,and now she's done it herself-stood on a cupboard at 6mths pregnant .He can be so unreliable sometimes  and his brother is mad at him.

Anyway I'd better not stop on here as I have the entire contents of my wardrobe strewn on the bed-thought I'd declutter :rotfl:

Julie-congratulations on the birth of grandson Charlie :j
Butterfly- hope all goes well at hospital
Loulou-hope you enjoy it at the nursery-sounds a good idea as long as you don't get too tired.
Molly-glad you are feeling a bit brighter now youre dressed.Hugs

    Bye for now x

DD and I have discovered a little book shed in the next village, where you can go and drop off books you have read, and pick up different ones, like a book club, you leave a donation for the local hospice

This sounds lovely! Wish we had similar here.

Glorious day here, wanted to walk to work, but need the car for work purposes so couldn't :( This afternoon my colleagues group of work kids have their final presentation to friends and family etc. I haven't worked too closely with them but it will be nice to watch. It's my colleagues first ever group and has been an eye opener for him!!

This evening I am taking my mum out for dinner for her birthday (it was yesterday). I have a feeling she will end up grilling me about my life. I love my mum but we are not that close IYKWIM. I haven't told her about Toyboy yet and don't particularly want to as it's just a short fling. But no doubt she will drag it out of me!!

OS wise - not much, laundry from yesterday needs to go away, and need to make lunch for tomorrow.

    Have a good day all

I just had the exact same conversation with my DD. She has a plan B which involves resits and an access course if all else fails:eek::eek::eek: Like your DD, she has worked so hard against incredible odds as she has severe dyslexia too. I really hope they come through and get to uni as it seems there is lots of help there for them. Like you it will be a long wait now until the results. Will be thinking of your DD too xx

Feeling really down today as I have just had two falls in the matter of minutes.
*Nods understandingly* It shakes you up, and you end up feeling really cross with yourself, right? At least, that's how it gets me - and never mind the fun and games getting up off the ground!

Y'know, it's a shame I'm not mobile, and that we're not living closer to each other - if we were, we could take it in turns to visit and clean houses; you know, I'd help you with yours, and you could come and help with mine; I bet we'd have a grand time, and you could bring the dogs to mine, too.:D

Anyways, in the meantime, take it easy - do like I do, 10 mins at a time, and lots of rest breaks.

I've done some washing, which is out on the line - I hope it dries, as there's stuff there I want for my holiday!

And talking of dogs, Sidney's being collected at 13:00, so I think I'll slip him out for a last walkies before I get his stuff together.;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
