For the third time we have had the roof fixed, a huge thing has been cemented all the way down and if water gets through that I'll give up and collapse in a heap.

We're currently awaiting the rain to see if there are any leaks anywhere...please NONE , can't cope if this doesn't fix the blasted thing. So more money out that in, of course the stupied flecking house insurance doesn't cover it, never seems to cover anything.

Late day at work, got in at gone 7pm, tea flung in oven, I can't even have a drink because I daren't too fatigued with the Lyme.

Ho hum, ahh well there's telly to watch.

Triker.. It is supposed to be lovely this weekend so you might have to wait a bit for rain!

I want to get the grass minced and the car vacuumed.. it is full of crumbs and gibble.

Tomorrow I am clearing the landing.. it is skip like! and sorting DD1's cupboard so the clothes fit in it.. OH is making a trip to the charity shop.. and I am hoping to get some more carp on ebeast.

I MAY order the 6 mattresses I need as well.. it'll be £400 but I have over £300 in my paypal so won't cost that much at all really..

Before nest time I need to dangle the duvet on the line and get the next 2 loads in.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

MY sis and I just concluded she is bagage and I am a fortune cookie..

I shall now sound like a fortune cookie.... :pblank.gif... helping someone put the pieces of their life back together is more important to them than trying to hold them up when they fall

We decided she is 'the baby' therefore too stupid to do anything, other sis is self obsessed so use to man nor beast and I am the one who everyone will come to when their life falls to pieces because I don't molly-coddle I tell it as it is and I make people take action (I just wish I could do that myself sometimes!!!!!)

Sis is almost 24 and not very mature.. more like 18/19 I think.. her heart is in the right place but she lacks the foresight and experience.. that makes me sound 90!!! lol So we discussed ways she could address her behaviour to help people rather than stunt their personal development.. I think she might actually make a decent human being!!!

I don't think she ever considered that I might have a brain beyond interior design and the children.. i gave her new ways to look at our mothers behaviour which she hadn't thought of.. and dished up a platter of home truths.. I even employed tact and diplomacy... I am quite impressed with myself.

Next I need to deal with my mother.. that one won't be so easy! She is more pig-headed and arrogant and obnoxious than I am! .. We did discuss her doing yoga or tai chi.. in a tracky.. I said she'd look like Vicky Pollard.. or a giant baby! lol...

And that concludes my exciting evening.. tomorrow I am going to get a price for mattresses... 6 firm orthopaedic mattresses.. Tiddles is complaining constantly about hers now and even moaning she doesn't want to go to bed.. I am looking at around £475 on ebeast.. so they need to beat that!
