    hey

Getting started a bit later this evening, I unexpectedly had two extra kids after school. Their mum parked her car and got out to collect them from school, and when she got back the car was at the bottom of the street in a hedge, and had hit a tree head on. She parked on a hill, so we dont think she could have left the handbrake off as the car would have rollled away straight away, and when another mum parked there a few minutes later the car was fine.

But 10 minutes later, the car had rounded the bend and now has a tree instead of a bonnet....

Anyway, am off to Hyde Park tomorrow so need to pack for me and sort out school clothes for littley for the next two days.... I may have to actually brandish my iron

Jo, my OH has done that twice, We live on a hill, and he parked on the drive in neutral with the hand brake off. Both times it took a couple of hours to roll forward - mad, isn't it. Both times I got to rescue it from the house opposites front lawn.

I'm in from tomorrow. Had a great weekend at Centerparcs (so relaxing having a clean, tidy house and having the maids come in to fill the DW and make beds :) ).

    Have spent today:
putting away all the new carp MIL bought for DD,
most of food and clothes sorted
    WM, TD & DW x 1 each
Packaged up 12 fleabay sales (another shopping bag load of clutter turned to cash)
    Posted said packages
Sorted out baby name books and pregnancy magazines for friend
    Collected dog from kennels

Where has the day gone? Glad I've just listed out this lot as can see now. This doesn't include dealing with baby DS and school runs!

    Evening all,

I'm off to wrestle the covers off the bed. Usually this is when the cat appears and asks where's my blanket. Yep she has her own crochet blanket on the bed...

Right Master Bedroom I'm coming to get you!

I've just joined after excitedly finding your thread - I love lists & rotas & timetables & have missed them since going on maternity leave in March! Now, with a 3 month old, I'm ready to tackle the house (in between feeds & cuddles!)

Just one question, do you post the next day's list the evening before? I just wondered as I was looking to start tomorrow & couldn't see a Wednesday list.

    Thanks!

Right, i have not done much today apart from ironing, because bending etc. just makes my toofole hurt. Who'd a thunk?! When i bend down i can feel it throb more.

Good news is that the dentist took a look at it today and gave me some better antibiotics than the amoxycillin. He said it is definitely "dry socket" and i should start to feel better in 7-10 days. Well, at least i know what it is now and can start to get better! He dressed the hole for me and after i took that out i was left with a cool new seal on it, which must be stopping every food molecule and his mate from trampling on my poor nerve ends!

I'm just going to make a cup of tea and then settle in to catch up with Fred. :)

    Evening all

No chance of catching up on fred. Have been offline due to one of the SW's bending the charging pin for the laptop  I was furious. Anyway replacement obtained from that well know auciton site! Couple that with the fact that I have had problems in trying to upgrade my mobile for the last week and things have not been going to well.

It seems that the mobile is now sorted as well, I have another new toy :D

Have therefore not kept up on here with no time or chance to catch up please take a congrats/hug/well done as appropriate.

I had heard though that kazw had crashed the car. Hope you are ok and the car is sorted soon, it's a scary thing when it happens no matter how small. Hugs x (thanks toots for the heads up)

Also making a note not to park my car near hex's DH!

Watching submarine school now and catching up on farming :rotfl:

, glad you've got some relief! I am very very jealous of your sleep i won't lie. However, DS still isn't sleeping through so it's been at least 8/9 months since i've had that many hours in a row anyway! :rotfl:

magicgirl, how about something on a stick? I'm thinking maybe a foam pad or something... Maybe something like those things you do the dishes with. Mustn't get that confused with the actual dishes scrubber though... _pale_

dancemum, i really hope everyone at your DH's work is okay!!!

kazwookie, glad you're not hurt after your accident!

    Isis, welcome!! :D
