Clear and wipe worksurfaces
Sweep and mop the floor
Wipe the table.. does it need a clean cloth

Tuesday ~ Master bedroom and Landing
Vacuum floors

Pretty rubbish really. Baby not been well these last couple of days, putting it down to having her MMR etc injection last week. No sleep for 2 night pretty much, v v v tired…

So off to bed, but
Pigpen put your feet up if you can!
toothpain people I feel for you, I still remember some bad tooth pain I had as vividly as childbirth, except there are no positive associations, hope you are feeling better xxx

Biscuit monster Is that what you have done or what you have left to do? That is more than I have done today, I started with good intentions but they left me the minute I got home! Will try to catch up tomorrow morning as I'm not in work until after lunch.

Wipe all appliances.. large and small
Wipe over units and kickboards
[STRIKE]Sweep and mop the floor[/STRIKE]
Level Three
Sort and organise all the drawers in these rooms!..
Thoroughly clean the fridge
[STRIKE]Wipe the table.. does it need a clean cloth[/STRIKE]

Extras
Clean filters and doorseals!
Wash the windows if they need it
[STRIKE]Clean/descale a small appliance.. shake the crumbs from the toaster.. defuzz the kettle... de-mank the microwave[/STRIKE]
Scrub out the oven and[STRIKE] hob[/STRIKE]

strip the bedding and get it washed.. air the duvet
Mattress vacuumed turned vacuumed other side and redress bed

tidy the underbed stash of junk and miscellaneous gibble!! Rehome those dust mammoths!!

Tidy a cupboard/chest of drawers
Dust and deweb.. inc bed frame!!
Extras
fill a binbag for charity shop

fill a binbag for a friend
fill a binbag for recycling!

4. Took the time to make a roast dinner
5. Went to denist for a check up and clean.

absolutely cream crackered today, we had a very busy couple of nights with both the children and an extended game of musical beds. I think I am suffering cumulative effects though so I am going to bed in a bit. Joseph the little menace is still up doing jigsaws so I don't know what I'm going to do with him now! THe house is a disaster zone, I'm hoping DH will clear up the kitchen before he goes to bed. I'm going to try to do a bit of ironing now and then off to bed.

Feeling a bit low with some other things that are going on right now - feeling a bit overwhelmed by my commitments and that I am failing at lots of things. Being a kind and loving mother is one of the particular things that I feel I'm failing at as I am a shouty nightmare at the moment - please don't tell me that its alright to be like this because its not right for my children and I don't want to be like it.

I've got a day off on thursday but I've committed myself to visiting a friend, every one else has cancelled and its going to be really time-consuming on the bus taking up most of the day, then its an early,a long day and a study day in london and to be cheap I'm taking the national express bus and have to leave the house at 5.30am to be there for 9!!! So I'm going to be absent for the whole weekend and not even have a chance to get ahead of myself for the next week. I'm just finding it all a bit of a treadmill at the moment.

On the positive side I have managed to make a call about some fraud on debit card to register a dispute and have had some progress some work bits today.

Whoever threw the pink fluffy slipper at the FW/DH today ... thank you!!!:beer:

I came home from work early today so I could send my ebay packages ... had some leftover stamps so it only cost me £2 in postage costs!

Himself had made the tea, made a trifle, and let me have a snooze before tea ... am knackered! When i was snoozing he went to B&Q to get some more laminate flooring. He had laminated the small piece of flooring outside the kitchen/downstairs loo/DD2 bedroom/living room. I awoke to find the downstairs loo has been painted and the floor laminated! He had done the undercoat and the glossing weeks ago ... my downstairs loo looks rather lush now!

He didn't go to sports as DD2 is off school sick and it was raining ... but on the upside DD1 wasn't bothered as I told her it was summer solstice today and there would be loads of unseen watchers at her sports ... and she came 3rd with her pal in the 3 legged race! She was really chuffed with that and the fact that she is in the final of the schools talent contest the "M" factor! I am so proud of her:T

Downside is work ... we all have to fill in self appraisal forms ... looks like one of us may be made redundant ... but first we have to justify what we do ... i think i will be safe as i have the heaviest workload out of the 3 of us ... and I also have the highest productivity rate ... the other 2 produced 3 letters in a fortnight ... I can do 30 in a week!

Hugs to those with toofy pain ... stay put vibes for dot ... pigpen i understand how you feel about scbu (2 preemies myself) ... and congrats to all celebrating .

Am off to have a shower and have an early night :beer:

i know im a bit late but im here
ive just decluttered a stag beetle from my second landing:eek::eek:
i dont mind them but how did it get there Dh was scared he doesnt like creepy crawlies
ive made two shark fins today for ds school parade im making octopi is that right not sure???/tomorrow plus everything else for ds birthday how do i get myself into these situations

Evening campers, I've surfaced from my hiatus. Needed to take some time away and lick my wounds etc. Anyway back on track I think, although I am falling behind on bits again. Still at least the house doesn't look too bad.

Sorry I haven't read back on the thread, so spoons to everyone and gentle hugs to those that need/want them.

I did notice Kaz that you had an accident in the car, but so glad you are okay. Cars can be mended, people can't.

Sprog has been decluttered to bed, kitchen has had another swish on top of the dailies, hoovered the LR as someone had dried mud on their school shoes *rolls eyes*

Clothes ironed, salad made to eat on the train tomorrow - did I say that I ironed?

Am off to pack an overnight bag for littley and then have a shower for bed... xx
