looks like when you win a quiz it goes by postcodes to locate the area you live in,,, IE the PE postcode covers half of cambridgeshire and linconshire but comes up as Peterborough.. The HP postcode which is covers aylesbury and the surrounding areas comes up as Hemel Hemsted .. etc etc with other postcodes

so if you think your in an Unlucky town it might not be the case might just look like it from your postcode ... so keep trying like they say YOU GOT TO BE IN IT TO WIN IT..

Can anyone answer my question plz.....
The current BCA offer for 1000 points to join up. I can't see anywhere that is says you must purchase a book. Can anyone clarify this please? Has anyone else joined but not bought from them?

This is the point.. pigsback CLAIM it is.. but how can it be.. noone with a HU postcode has ever won, as far as I am aware... I would LOVE to be proved wrong! They are almost all from the south of England and a few from NI, Scotland and Wales.. Couple in Lancashire.. I've seen one from Doncaster (DN) and one from Bradford (is theirs BD?) but what about all the other Northern postcodes? Nothing has been up for any of them.. so are we, in fact, wasting our time?

Indeed.. BUT.. if it isn't as random as we are being led to believe.. is there really any point for those who are never going to win, even if they were the only person to enter?

Conspiracy theories - I'm sure I've seen lots of northern winners. And if not, maybe that just says something about the number of people using pigsback in these areas? Perhaps it is not as widely used in northern areas (I can't think of a good reason why, but its possible)?

I quite often see winners from Middlesbrough/Stockton on Tees - which is definitely Northern England...

i only joined pigsback last week and have been following along here since so first thank you to those of you who post answers and links everyday.

now i have a question. some of the competitions (eg the jackpot joy question) i cannot enter, the answer the following question appears on the page but the question and answers do not. i have tried turning of adblock and allowing javascript and it makes no difference. the question and the answer selection are not there. (and it is not because i already answered)

does anyone else have this problem? is there something obviuos i need to set/unset?

I did consider that.. but surely there must be more users in n england than in wales for example.. due to sheer size and population .

I've won 2 comps and dd has won one, we live in Durham and I've noticed a lot of winners in the north east.
