I wonder if they would reply to an email asking why it is so 'exclusive' to area. Now I'm going to get a bee in my bonnet.. how many here are in the north of England and won anything?

I am in Preston Lancashire and I think between the family we have won 3 quizzes in the last few months.

Whilst I consider this OK I after see other winners from Norn Iron so that still gives me heart;)

That is the point.. if there were other winner from northern England it wouldn't be such an insult.. but there are none at all.. I couldn't see one!!

They were mainly from down south, a few from Scotland and a few from N Ireland.. even a few from Wales.. population comparisons would tell me these were less likely to win given the greater number of people living elsewhere.. so if they can win why is there noone from N. England?? I don't even care if I personally don't win, because that would be juvenile, but for there to be none at all.. doesn't that strike as a bit strange?

I'm from Cumbria, you can't much more North of England than that and I've won 3 times.;)

Hiya. Someone from Carlisle, someone from Middlesbrough, and someone from Newcastle-upon-Tyne won yesterday. I'm a relative southerner (have a Bolton postcode, heh); I've won Money Matters once, and my husband has won it twice. We've been clicking through regularly since last Autumn.
