I recently recommended a friend and she has just ordered her first voucher but I didn't get my 100 points when i e-mailed them they said she didn't sign up through the referral link but I was with her when she signed up and talked her through the whole process. I am positive we followed the link in the e-mail - has anyone else had this happen??

did everybody who signed up with the charity thing get hte 50 points straight away? Nothing showing for me, did I do the sign up wrong?

Yes it happened to me when OH signed up, like you we were sure he had done it through the referal link but we did not get the points. A few emails to pigsbacks and they were adament that they could track it and it had not been through the link so I never did get the points.
