how often are clickthroughs? how many a day, and how many times do you need to refresh to get them?

Clickthroughs generally appear in the afternoon on Mondays - try refreshing a few times - if you don't get them on Monday they stay thoughout the week until you do - check the first part (monday's) of this thread for details of which CTs to look out for.

to maximise the number of clickthroughs you get each week, make sure ALL the boxes are ticked in your categories of interest

click on "my account" at top of pb page.....and then "my categories of interest"

I too recently bought something from StrawberryNET and was charged £19.22 to collect my parcel from the post office (£15.22 & £4 post office fee) which i wasn't expecting and has added to the cost of my item! I also bought something via E-bay that was sent from Hong Kong & didnt incur charges. When you contacted StrawberryNET what did you say for them to issue you a refund for this charge as i'm thinking of trying to do the same!

Hi, Just wondered on average how long it takes to get a reply from someone at pigsback? My OH emailed them on Monday about missing cdwow points and he has had no reply yet. He didnt use any vouchers with the order so that cant be the reason they didnt add them.

I would definately chase them up..... unless it is a weekend they normally reply (in my experience) within 24 hours!
