No, but they either post or email them out to you, depending on what kind of reward you're claiming, and it sounds like they're not there to do that!

The postman has just knocked on our door and delivered 2 of curley's piggy banks.

My girls' both entered the colouring competition last month , so pigsback have sent them both a piggy bank ....how lovely is that :T
