HSM girls short pyjamas (red top/shorts) age 9-10 big sticker says 6 quid goes through at 7, 2 quid dtd, some of the packs had a sticker over te top of another so should be a national mistake

Just back from Tesco's in Edinburgh. They had a cardboard lane end stand for Lexmark printer cartridges with yellow SELs. I picked up a number 1cartridge priced £11.18, but charged £13.97. Received DTD.

The SELs have been removed in Edinburgh, but you might still find them in another store.

200g Organic mushroom packs £1.49, 2 for £1.50. (SEL was in-date and also applies to 150g packs, but NOT 250g)
Offer didn't come off, was charged £2.98

Should have been a DTD of £2.96, but (on 2nd attempt) was given £2.98 (first time she tried to give me £1.50 )

Should start charging Tesco's for the staff training provided by we DTD hunters :rolleyes:

The packs you got must have been Organic Portabello Mushrooms.

I got 2 of the 200g packs of the ordinary organic mushrooms (86p each) and the discount did come off and judging by the Tesco.com site, it looks like the discount will also come off with the 200g packs of the organic chestnut mushrooms (£1.09 each).

Tescos Kingston, Milton Keynes. Kids Playsand

Yesterday, bought two bags of kids playsand for the garden, SEL said 2 for £3, individualally priced at £1.97 each. Scanned through without the discount, DTD meant I got almost 2 for 1. Think they then removed the SEL but check other stores.

Ah, yep they were. Cheers for the clarification.

Well, IMO it's still a valid DTD as the big SEL just says 'Organic mushrooms 150/200g' doesn't specify the type

You cannot give criticism when your personal record suggests that your own contribution is minimal. Perhaps if unhappy with the thread discussion use the time more actively and search out some offers to post on here!!

hi, tesco ?????, just bought 5 tubes of olay eye cream..SEL marked at half price £5.99 from £11.99,..SEL out of date..so got DTD!..SEL been removed but check out other stores!....

since doing this DTD thingy,..i feel now as if i am under carefull watch by each member of the tesco staff...as if i am a theif!!.... could tesco barr a customer who went to tesco to deliberately look for out of date SEL'?

the customer service told me that they have some people who try to 'fraud tesco'..... she should becarefull what she says but it did make me feel uncomfortable,..its the staff they ought to be questioning who are recieving wages to check the SEL's are in date..

sorry about the extra chat,..but does anyone else feel this way about tesco staff making you feel uncomfortable,..or am i just being paranoid?
