    Jordan's Organic Muesli, 700g, SEL £1.50, charged £2.78.

After DTD, I paid 28p per pack.

Two widely disparate misprices today - 100 plastic file covers, red sticker attached, shows £1.09. Charged £1.69 - dtd, £1.20
Rice flour - £1.04, also £1.29, identical item/brand on another aisle.
Also drew attention to 150 points not added for Johnson's Baby wipes - 2 different yellow/black SELS over all 3 types: 1 said 'on any 2...', the other just ' on any'. They 're all double packs anyway, so the case can be made for missing points regardless.

I only got 150 points when i bought 2 packs. Told CS she credited one pack and told me to go through tills again. I did and only got 2 points. Told CS she said it was a points problem and ring No on back of card. I did and they credited me with 150 points

Got my first dtd y'day. The duvet's are reduced from 30 to 20 pounds and the pillows are 8 pounds.

But as someone had filled all 4 shelves with duvets and left the 8 pound signs for pillows, i got an easy 24 pounds dtd.

The CSA did try to argue it was only 12 pounds as i did not leave the store!! Rubbish

DTD means double the difference....its a policy that tesco have. If they over charge you for something, they should give you dtd back. You also keep the product.

Example you get a product from the shelf and it is priced at 60p but when it goes through the til you get charged 70p. Means you have been charged 10p more than you should have. Customer service should give you 20p.

In the IOW branch today the freshly prepared veg is on three for two, bought two packs of traditionally sliced runners 200g and one pack of carrot, cauliflower and broccoli 570g, all £1.50 each, got back to the car and realised it hadn't taken the £1.50 off so went back in and they checked and refunded £3.

Tesco Baby New Potatoes 1kg are supposed to be £1.38 each or 2 for £2 - but the till takes off £1.38 making them BOGOF!
Only a little glitch but £1.38 for 2 x 1kg bags of baby potatoes is a good deal! :D
Plus I had a 20 points on new potatoes to use on them - bonus!
