    I honestly think my T has a swat team of price checkers asnothing is mispriced in my stores! Constantine, do u now offer incentives to stores for lower R&Rs? (blo*dy good idea I reckon!)

    One more thing - TS is not interested in Tesco's refund policy. It isn't within their remit, in fact. From the post in which someone got TS to go to the store, the result of which was a refund from the manager, you'll probably find that TS didn't ask the store to refund the poster. The manager probably told TS he would refund in order to get TS off his back. I've had this happen to me before now.
