Be warned. If you come across CS/Manager who tells you they can't do RnR because of an OOD sel then they are perfectly within their rights to use this excuse. I have phoned HO (twice) and my local TS officer who also backed up this get-out-clause. If THERE is a date on the sel and you purchase something after the end date they DO NOT have to honour the price shown as it is up to you to see this date. It does not matter if it is hidden in a bush on a roundabout (big banner!) or up on a shelf. So if you get this defence from Tesco admit defeat and walkaway, you will not win.
Cant imagine this to be right , they are misleading us by not removing sel when offer is finished, I have very bad eyesight and can hardly make out prices never mind little dates, wouldnt like tesco,s chances with trading standards in this case:cool:

not to sure about this, if this was the case wouldn't everywhere be using this loophole to get out of overcharging?
