Here is one of my previous posts on the topic...As i stated elsewhere im not going to comment on it further as to avoid being called a liar or baiting people but as you are all well aware the total Tesco policy is under review (ie: The 28 days section, Entertainment, Clothing etc,)Stand Up For What You Believe In, Even If It Means Standing Alone0 -

You'll be pleased to hear just a few more posts from me, I have no use for this site anymore.
Just to comment on the change of policy that is coming into force in January don't you all realise what you've all done?? Prior to this website you were all happily getting your r+r's and going along minding your own business, then suddenly this website appears mis-prices are posted left, right and centre (Most of them duplicates) and suddenly Tesco become aware of serial 'r+r'ers', It becomes more difficult for you to obtain an r+r due to this website putting the refund issue high on our agenda's, Staff who use this forum complain to Tesco H/O regarding the way the are spoken to on here, The (sometimes) personal information written here which could identify a member of staff and voila the policy is going to be changed.
Regardless of what you think of Tesco - I know many of you believe that because they have (supposedly) been overcharging customers for years that they deserve to get hit hard by r+r but by posting mis-prices on here has undoubtable been the biggest factor in having the policy changed to 'Double the difference', You now only have yourselves to blame for losing something which most of you take so seriously.
Yes indeed you can all complain and highlight overcharges to TS - They will be expecting this as they will be aware the policy is changing and they are also aware that the mis-price thread has been viewed by over half a million people who will be disgruntled at losing out on such a generous overcharge policy. The new policy will bring Tesco into line with other retailers and whilst TS may investigate some of the mis-pricing error's there is also the fact that Tesco can show they are trying to combat the issue and if they get it wrong are 'rewarding' the customer with a 'double the difference' goodwill gesture. Something else in Tesco's favour is the fact we ENCOURAGE TS into our stores - I know (and have worked at) several stores that allow weekly visits - We supply them with a PDA and they scan random SELs to ensure the prices displayed are correct, They will allow for SOME human error and are usually happy aslong as around 98% of the prices displayed are correct (And in stores where thousands of lines are stocked this can be quite easily achieved)
Anyway the above is just my point of view on the subject - Agree or disagree im not bothered but please always remember this website had a large part to play in the downfall of something that many of you seem to cherish so much - R+R!

We're not a bunch of fly by night cowboys ...you know.
although I'm not convinced by the single user thing......but would rather just agree to disagree rather than you go back to your former self.
Its quite a transformation.............
I did notice your correction yesterday of the policy review not actually happening Jan 1st.
I havent broached this subject, as I dont talk about things that "might happen", and to be honest, it wouldnt really bother me.........theres other ways to skin a catCouponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.
