how long ago did you make the complaint?

Did you get a good enough offer?

We have not had an offer, they say it will be made before the 31st of August. It was basically a one page letter ,it was all the guff about the judicial review then in the final paragraph it said as we have waited so long they will offer us a refund plus 8 percent interest. The offer will follow.

So we will probably have to wait till August 31st for this.

I cant remember when I actually complained, but I think it was around Christmas, it cant have been much before that as we have not lived in our current house long.

    I hope you hear soon.

If the letter is a standard one, I'd have thought everyone who's complaint was put on hold, would have received a letter.

I got a letter beginning of march from Barclays saying my complaint was on hold until the outcome of the ruling - nothing since.

Yes I would have thought so, but maybe it is taking time to get them to everyone.

Give them until the end of the week, and if you havent heard from them , give them a ring.

My letter arrived today. It's complicated trying to work out what the offer will be.

My goal is to reduce the monthly payments. It works out I'd have paid £45k over 25years for a PPI even though the PPI was only valid for 5 years.

Hi robbie, when did you first put your complaint in? I havent had a letter yet.

My complaint was the end of Feb.

When I started look into the figures closer, Barclays are not actually paying that much money back. Most of it is writing off future profit.
