Couldnt find them on the Curry's web site but the product has its own site

I could do with one of these, but I won't be able to get to my store

They probably won't have them in my store anyway
Hopefully I will get a chance to have a look soonish.

I'm fairly sure that carbon monoxide detectors have limited lifespans.rob290482 wrote:Just been to Curry's In my local area (Wirral, Bromborough) and they are selling Battery Powered Carbon Monoxide Alarms for £4.97 from £19.97. they only had the 1 left, but other stores nationwide will possibly have these in stock.

normally 5 years from the time you pull out the battery TAB0 -
As matt987106 said "normally 5 years..." thats what the packaging states. Once the battery tab is removed the appliance is guarenteed to work for 5 years. Or error 'beeps' will occur0

If anyone can find them at that price then snap-em-up. We paid just over £20 a couple of years back and that was with a staff discount. I think they should be sudsidised by the Govt just like Energy Saving products such as Cavity Wall.**BERTIE**Did you Know: It costs more than £325,000 a day to run the lifeboat service? (with no government funding) Please donate to the RNLI0

Hhmmmmm!!!!!! You have got me thinking now. Mine has been beeping every now and then and then doesnt beep for a while. Replace the battery and not too long after it beeps. Maybe its on its way out.
Thanks for that.0 -

I think it may just be using batteries up quick or may as you say be faulty.
It goes off wild when it detects carbon monoxide.0
