    Tabacs in Spain are still cheapest.Last week, L&B €45 / 200. A little non tabac shop selling 'under the counter' - €46.50 .Malaga airport - €51.80!!

    All Tabac shops in Spain will be the same price as they are goverment controlled/run

    Unless you buy some under the counter ones that have been brought in from Gibraltar ,a few places in Benidorm are selling them but then you never know whether you are getting the real thing or not

    Belgium is cheapest for Golden Virginia ,something like 55 euro for 10 packs but 79 in Spain
