Bought an item from china...uh oh

    When I try to open a paypal dispute, they direct me to ebay to open a INR.

    thats a Royal Mail tracked tracking number
    UK service only and will be tracked from dispatch

    Still had no response from the seller so I opened a paypal dispute. Within minutes, the seller responded by putting the incorrect tracking number into the dispute and escalated the dispute to a claim. I had no chance to respond at all. Within 10 minutes, PayPal decided in the favour of the seller stating that as they submitted proof of postage which shows the item was delivered, they've sided with the seller.

    There's an appeal option but the only choices are for an Item Significantly Not As Described.

    Can anyone offer any advice please?

    you need to phone Paypal and expalin the issues with the tracking

    Phone them & hopefully you'll get a sensible operator who will listen to you the first time round.
