Does anyone have any idea why when i bought £135.70 my final total was £79.85, i know i asked for the express delivery and paid another £5 for this, i wasnt aware of the £5 discount for spending over £30 but i would have thought my total would have been around £68 plus the £5 delivery, anyway i got some great clothes for my daughter in various sizes and im happy with my bargains.

I was in Falkirk store this morning and tesco worker told me they could not put signs up as tills not working so couldn't buy anything, probably have nothing left wehen I go back !!!!!

Just been to Tesco's to stock up on kids clothes, there were two items incorrectly priced which qualified for DTD as follows;

Boys swimming trunks - frog print material size 6-7 years - lable says £5, should have been £2.50 but came up as £10! Had £15 returned to me for this error! B/C 5052319563306

and also with another pair of boys swimming trunks, the are navy/red/green with fish & crabs print. Should have been £2.50 after discount but came up as £3. Not quite as good as the first one but its still £1 back making them only £1.50. These were size 4-5 and the B/C is 5052319563481

All in all I had a good morning! With the DTD refund I only spent £3 and got lots and nice bits.

I just had the same thing spent just under £200 and myt discount at checkout was just over £11 short, I rang the website technical helpdesk and told them, after a bit of a maths session the nice lady signed into my account and added a store discount for the £11 to the basket and then checked it out for me as well

Just make sure none of your items are from the excluded list:

Schoolwear
Underwear
Socks
Nightwear
Dress-up
Jewellery and hair accessories

If you have already checked ou then they should issue you with a refund for the difference. The number is:

08450 755 000 if I recall it was option 3 for the technical team.

Noto0870.com reports 0800 505555 as an alternative number with the following information:
"Option 3 and ask to be put through to Tesco Clothing Direct (head office: Dundee)"

Not tried it so dont know if it will work but you never know

It is not on in my local Tesco - I asked customer service and they said there had been a 'hiccup' that they are working on. They didn't know if and when it would be on!

Thanks OP. Got myself a few nice bits last week for holidays, and got the kiddies some for their hols. Wasnt on in my local this morning but will be popping back in as they seemed to have more of what I would like instore than online.
