Can't help you with your calculations, but the £5 off £30 wouldn't have kicked in if deducting it would have brought your total spend to under £30 i.e £28

Therefore what you have lost you have also gained .

My Clothing total was £62.75p

This is how it should have worked out -

-15p (schoolwear 20% off) = £62.60
- 50% (Flash Sale) - £31 = £31.60 (I havent included schoolwear!!)
- £5 (code) = £26.60

no delivery charge, due to glitch.

Yet my total was = £32.10

So I have been overcharged by £5.50.... wonder if double the difference applies

I shall be phoning tomorrow to point it out and if they do notice the schoolwear glitch I shall just point out that I didnt apply it, they did!!

Its not deducting half price for one item it seems, I ordered 5 items (not inc schoolwear) one which was £11, has not been deducted so thats where my £5.50 comes from. All the other discounts work out on order summery. Least I can phone and just point that out and hope they miss the FD glitch.
