Mozart321, I emailed them yesterday explaining that I need these items for Christmas & have looked instore but the sizes I have ordered are unavailable.
My order is now ready to despatch, apart from 2 items not charged.
Coincidence or the email hurried it along. Either way I sit & hope.0 -
Just received an e-mail from Adams:
Order update: Goods Despatched.
Payment for your order has now been taken and the goods have been despatched to our courier. The goods should be delivered to your designated address within 1-2 working days.

I've just had the same email as zoe_b
I did phone them last week to enquire about my order, the lady on the phone said she was sorry for the delay but the popularity of the online sale had taken them by surprise so they were busier than usual and late with getting orders out. When I read what the OP had wrote, I said a few choice words about Adams CS under my breath, but now, hopefully my order will be here in a few days.I also remember the words of my friends, but I would rather have enemies than friends like you

I was wondering what happens if they go bust as I have ordered £80 + of clothes but paid with my Adams Mastercard.
Would I still have to pay the balance if they charge my card and the clothes don't get delivered?0
