I'm getting worried now! My order was £46 & I can't remember if I paid with my credit card or my Visa debit card.
Does that mean I won't be covered because my order was under £100? If so, I think I'm going to e-mail them to see if I can cancel my order!0 -
We went into our local one the other day and everything was reduced too, no mention of closing down or anything but I have never seen them reduce everything before , I don't normally buy from there cos they are too pricyTHE SHABBY SHABBY FOUNDER0

We are very sorry that there has been a delay in shipping your order.
We have had technical problems in our warehouse this week. Our despatch team is working round the clock to clear the backlog and we will do our best to get your order out in time for Christmas.
In some cases we may despatch the order in more than one package to help speed up the delivery. Please log in to your account and check your order history. If we have partially shipped your order you will see a replacement order itemising what we have sent. We will send the remainder as soon as we can. We will, of course, only charge you for one delivery.

There is a thread in the in the "discount codes and vouchers" area telling people the best way to use their Nectar Points is by ordering Adams Vouchers, can someone link these threads up please in case anyone looses their points.

They've only moved to online shoping in the last few months - wonder if they are culling a few stores and focussing on the online side of things - got to be cheaper to run!

I agree not to panic, the OP (where Hootie19 saw it) was an anonymous poster on a parenting forum which doesn't lend a lot of credibility to the "information"
